• Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
• We usually despatch all orders on the following working day. Weekend orders would be sent on Monday morning. It usually takes 10-15 business days for items to arrive at your side. And it would take 7-10 business days if you choose the express delivery.
